I've said it before and I will say it again.... *sigh*

Back in an earlier post I commented on the shocking notion of using divorce law to legally separate those that cannot be legally married.

If, by law, same sex couples have to utilize divorce law in order to separate why do the marriage laws not apply?

Case in point:

If you don’t have a valid marriage, how can you have a valid divorce?

Sadly, same sex couples have more legal protections when terminating their relationships than when establishing them.
