Coahuila passes civil unions! One more state in Mexico has passed a civil union bill to allow same sex couples the same rights as opposite sex couples!

2nd Mexico State OKs Civil Unions

The bill passed the state Congress Thursday on a 20 - 13 vote despite pressure from the Catholic Church to defeat the measure.
